What are the products for?

For Children:
To decorate the room and give as a friendly companion.
To heat up the bed or clothes.
To relieve cramps in babies and children.
To warm the child up on a cold day.

For Adults:
To relieve muscle pain caused by stress.
To relieve menstrual cramps.
As part of a therapy where heat is needed.

How do the products work?

Very easily, in 4 steps:

1. Take the product (Hot Pet, Warm relief or Warm Baby) and place it in the microwave.  The microwave must be completely clean inside.

2. Read the time table on the label of each product and program the microwave with the recommended time. The maximum heating time inside the microwave oven is 2 minutes. After taking out the product, it keeps warm for up to 30 minutes.

3. Take the product out of the oven and test the heat on the skin of an adult before using it.

4. Enjoy!

Where is the product manufactured?

The products are proudly made in Colombia in a family own facility. The manufacturing of this product is neither outsourced, nor mass produced by third parties.

What do the products contain inside?

100% natural products like rice and flax seeds and cotton.

How are they made?

The products are handmade and verified individually to comply with our strict quality control. The stuffed products used, are processed at high temperatures to assure its safety and asepsis.

Can the products being used in a hot/cold therapy?

YES, our products can be used in a hot therapy when heated in the microwave and in a cold therapy when placed in the freezer.

So, can the product be in the freezer as well?

YES, just place the product in a plastic bag, hermetically sealed and leave in the freezer for a few hours.

Do I have to take out the internal bag to heat it up?

NO.  Our product is designed to be placed all together to be heated up in the microwave.  

Can the product be washed?

The outside bag can be washed for the Hot Pets, Warm Relief and warm baby products. Just follow the washing instruction on the label. For the Therapeutics line, use a wet cloth to clean up. For all the products, the inside bag, that contains the natural seeds, must not be washed nor gotten wet.

Note: The inside bag must not get wet.

What are the main features of your products?

1. They are unique designs, based on animal shapes from the tropic and elsewhere, based on delicate products for all the family.  This is a product that not only has beautiful designs but is also functional.

2. The products are produced in line, but not mass-produced. The products are handmade by artisans, single mothers that have been working with the company for many years.

3.  This is not a small product and this holds the attention of children and grownups. This is neither a regular stuffed toy, nor a regular Heating pad.

4.  They are not made in China. These are products from a Canadian company, proudly made in Colombia. We are a socially responsible company and that is the core of our business.

5. They are washable, 100% Natural and Reusable.

Do the products contain Bisphenol (BPA) or some related components?

NO.  Our products are 100% natural inside. They do not contain any plastic chemical at all.
Our company has a Health Canada Certificate that has been issued in accordance with the Medical Devices Regulations of the Food and Drugs Act.

Also, we have a Certificate from the Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade from Canada, confirming that micro-sensations has the proper documentation and safety procedures for its products.

Do you ship to Countries other than United States and Canada?

YES. We offer a flat shipping rate of $37 per product anywhere in the world in Countries other than Canada and the USA .

That flat rate allow us to ship only One product per order.  If you are abroad and you are interested in buying more than one product at the same time, contact us. We will find the best  shipping rates available for you.

What if the Country where I am buying  does not use neither  provinces/states nor Zip/Postal codes?

Very Simple. We understand that many countries do not use Zip/Postal Codes.

On the Shipping calculation, fill out the Province as None and the Zip/Postal Code as 000.

The system will recognize that you do not use it and it will give you the estimated price for International Orders: $37 per product.

How long it take for the product to arrive?

Depends on the service that you have choosen. The estimated times are:

In the US:
Small Packet surface US: 6 - 12 business days
Small Packet Air US: 4 - 10 business days
Xpresspost: 3 - 5 days

In Canada:
Expedited: 3 - 7 days
XPresspost: 2 - 3 days

Other countries:
Small Packet International: 10 - 15 business days to most international destinations.
